Finsight reads recent news coverage and price momentum for companies that have IPO'd or are about to — then publishes a plain-language call with a confidence score, not a black box.

Signal layers live today
How it works

Two real signal layers,
combined honestly,
not seven imaginary ones.

01
We gather signals
Recent news coverage for every company we track, and price history where the market data is available.
02
Each layer is scored independently
News tone and price momentum are each scored on a bearish-to-bullish scale, with the reasoning kept attached to the number.
03
Agreement raises confidence, disagreement lowers it
When both layers agree, confidence goes up. When they disagree, confidence goes down — we never just split the difference.
04
You get a call and the "why"
Every prediction ships with a direction, a confidence score, and a plain-language thesis — not just a badge.

What Finsight
actually reads today

Two independent layers, combined honestly — with more on the roadmap once we can build them properly rather than superficially.

🗞️
News & sentiment analysis
Recent headlines for every company we track are scored for tone — more favorable coverage than unfavorable points bullish, and vice versa. Works in every market we cover, including ones with no reliable price-history feed.
📈
Price momentum
Where price history is available, we track how the stock has moved over the past days, weeks, and months, weighting recent movement more heavily than older movement.
🏦
Institutional flow ROADMAP
Tracking how large holders adjust positions over time. Not live yet — needs a reliable filings data source we haven't wired up.
📋
Insider filing activity ROADMAP
Reading insider buy/sell activity from regulatory filings. On the roadmap — done properly, not as a shortcut.
Track record

A track record
you can actually verify.

Every prediction is timestamped, and every one gets graded against what actually happened once its horizon passes — hit, missed, or expired. No cherry-picking, no deleting the ones that didn't work.

📊
Building our track record in the open
We don't have enough graded predictions yet to publish a meaningful accuracy figure — and we won't make one up. Check back as history accumulates.
🔍
Every call shows its layers
Each prediction links to exactly which signals fed it and what they showed — not just a headline confidence number.
⚖️
Graded honestly, including misses
A wrong call is marked "missed," not quietly removed. That's the only way an accuracy number means anything.
how grading works

1. A prediction is issued
Direction, confidence, and a target move range, with an expiry date based on its horizon.

2. The horizon passes
Once the target date arrives, we check the actual price move.

3. It's graded, publicly
Right direction and within range → hit. Wrong direction → missed. Right direction but outside the range → recorded as expired.

4. It rolls into accuracy
Every graded call — hit or missed — counts toward the published accuracy figure above. None get excluded after the fact.

Why Finsight

Built to be checked,
not just trusted.

We're early. Rather than dress that up with borrowed credibility, here's what we actually commit to.

No fabricated track record. If we don't have enough graded history to back a number, we don't publish one — see the Track Record section above.
No black box. Every prediction shows which signal layers fed it and what each one found — not just a confidence badge.
No custody, ever. We publish research. We never hold your funds or place trades — see Where to Buy for where our readers actually execute.
