1. Nature of the service

Finsight Core provides market intelligence information derived from publicly available data sources. The platform is an information service, not a regulated investment advisory service. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, and Finsight Core is not registered as an investment adviser in any jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own discretion and risk, and that Finsight Core signals are one input among many in your own analysis process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where access to financial information services is prohibited.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account with other users or resell access to the platform.
• You must notify us immediately at support@finsightcore.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Finsight Core data for personal investment research and, on Institutional plans, for internal research within your organization. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense signal data to third parties.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the platform outside of the documented API.
• Use the platform to create a competing market intelligence product.
• Reverse engineer the signal scoring methodology.

5. Intellectual property

All signal models, scoring methodology, platform design, and proprietary data compilations are the intellectual property of Finsight Core Ltd. Underlying source data (SEC filings, news articles, public filings) remains the property of their respective owners and publishers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finsight Core's liability for any loss arising from use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
